I think it is important to know who you will be working with, so I have prepared some information so you can make a good decision about who you want to represent you in a very important transction.

 "I" am not a team... I prefer to work alone. I do not have an assistant or buyers agent working with me. You will deal with me and you can count on me being available for you when you need me. This allows me to provide a higher quality of service.

Selling your home?

•  I will list your home and do my best to get it sold by advertising regularly, holding my own open houses regularly and anything else that may need to be done. 
• I will negotiate the offer to make sure you are happy with price and conditions.
• I use my website, full colour highlight sheets, advertisements in a multitude of publications and an instantly recognized for sale sign.
